Flexy Stretch
Still working on achieving your splits, improving your backbends for your dream pole tricks or simply just want to release body stress and calm your mind?
This is a flexibility training course designed not only for pole dancers but for anyone who wants to improve their overall flexibility and mobility. This course will teach you proper stretching and conditioning techniques with emphasises on splits and backbends.
8-week course; no showcase.
Prerequisite: Everyone is welcome! No prior experience needed.

Yogance
YOGANCE (originated in the U.S./Canada) is a revolution of yoga, not only about stretching, it also marries music with yoga movements, combining yoga and dance to help people express their feelings and emotions through body movements and rhythm.
Different yoga and dance techniques will be unlocked with Asa's Yogance choreography, you will learn yoga transition, build strength, flexibility, balancing and coordination in this course. You will also find your own voice through Yogance in an atmosphere which is free of judgment and comparison.
Be prepared to shed some sweat, stretch and dance and most importantly, let go of stress and have fun with YOGANCE.
